To become a member, please complete the form below and pay the $15 dues. If paying online, the dues are $15.90 to cover the card processing fees. To continue your membership with Palmetto Council of the Blind of South Carolina, you must renew your dues. You will do both of those on the same page.
The $15 rate applies per individual membership. If you are paying for multiple memberships in a single transaction, the total membership fee should reflect $15.90 multiplied by the number of memberships being paid.
